Possesses strong working knowledge of both Logging While Drilling (LWD) and conventional Wireline logging technologies, including tool principles, operational workflows, and limitations.- Logging Program Design & Operational Support: Capable of designing effective and fit-for-purpose logging programs tailored to specific reservoir evaluation needs. This includes selecting appropriate logging tools, optimizing run sequence, and defining operational contingencies. Quality Control (QC) of LWD and Wireline Logs: Proficient in executing rigorous quality control of raw and processed log data. Identifies and corrects tool-related artifacts, depth mismatches, environmental effects, and signal noise. Ensures integrity of final deliverables for both open hole and cased hole environments through statistical, visual, and cross-disciplinary validation techniques. Demonstrates strong capability in processing, interpreting, and integrating advanced elemental spectroscopy and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) log data for detailed reservoir characterization. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Geosciences, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 6+ years in formation evaluation in OH and CH environment Technical Skills: Expertise in Techlog software will be preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of rock mechanics, stress modelling, and wellbore stability. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and mitigate drilling/completion challenges. Teamwork and Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to collaborative work environment. Bachelor Degree (Range of Majors/Geoscience , Geology , Petrophysics etc...) minimum 5 of years of experience. Ensures proper borehole compensation and anisotropy detection.
