We are looking for an experienced Rig Hand to work on the pipe side on an Horizontal Directional Drilling island expansion project in Germany starting asap until September!

Function description

As our HDD Rig Hand, you will be working on a drilling project from a pontoon to an island in a shallow water environment.Your main tasks will be:

• Operate and maintain pipe handling equipment and tools on the HDD site.
• Assist with pipe stringing and preparation for pullback.
• Coordinate with the drill side team to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Monitor pipe alignment and cleanliness.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pipe side equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of pipe handling activities and materials used.

Requirements

For this job, you need to have:

• Right to work in the European Union (Mandatory);
• Good English level and/or German (min. B1);
• Proven experience in the HDD on similar tasks (pipe side);
• Team player with a commitment to safety;
• Strong physical ability and fitness to work in demanding environments;
• Willingness to work in a shallow water environment (pontoon-based operations).
