Position Summary
The Residential HVAC Estimator / Salesperson will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs, provide accurate estimates, and guide them through the system selection and sales process. This role is ideal for someone with strong HVAC knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build trust through clear, consultative communication.

Position Summary
The Residential HVAC Estimator / Salesperson will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs, provide accurate estimates, and guide them through the system selection and sales process. This role is ideal for someone with strong HVAC knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build trust through clear, consultative communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home evaluations to assess heating and cooling system needs.
- Generate and present professional, accurate estimates for replacements, upgrades, or new installs.
- Explain equipment options, energy efficiency benefits, and available rebates or financing options.
- Build rapport with customers to support long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and referrals; maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking system.
- Coordinate closely with installation teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Represent Supreme HVAC with professionalism, reliability, and expert knowledge.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience-sales, estimating, or field installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and system design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Technologically capable (mobile devices, estimating tools, etc.).
Preferred
- Experience with Manual J load calculations or HVAC design software.
- Familiarity with local code requirements.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission on closed sales.
