Job description

  • Participate in HR& Administrative weekly meeting.
  • Timely: data entry and correction/ update in the internal systems including ERP/ Maconomy.
  • HR clerical work (internal orders, Employment Agreements (EA), revisions and amendments to EA.
  • Keep and update databases on resumes and company workforce.
  • Update CVs of current and new (national and expatriate) company employees in the established ILF format.
  • Revise/update the Time Scope (new employees data, salary changes, job titles, termination/resignation of EA).
  • Monitor labour discipline within company departments and observation by the employees of internal company rules.
  • Execute documentation and timely register the foreign employees of the Company.
  • Obtain Kazakh/Russian/transit visa for the Company foreign employees.
  • Execute documentation package and obtain visas for the foreign personnel of the Company.
  • Monthly preparation of all reports to the state authorities.
  • Timely notification of state authorities when foreign employees / guests come or leave.
  • Timely off-rotation time tracking/control for the foreign employees.
  • Timely inform all involved personnel in HR/Admin department on organization of work/ business trips/ travels for

Kazakh and foreign personnel.

  • Timely update the arrival/departure calendar on a weekly basis.
  • Timely advise on any changes associated with business trips (business trip, off-rotation period, arrival, departure,

include new persons into the Arrival/Departure Calendar, etc.).

  • Timely recruitment, selection, and re-allocation of personnel, based on evaluation of their qualifications, personal and

working capacities, and monitor reasonable use of personnel within company departments.

  • Assistance in the recruitment, allocation and arrangement of young specialists and workers in accordance with their

obtained professions and specialties; jointly with department heads, arrange their internship and adjustment in the
working activities.

  • Participate in setting up a system of complex performance evaluation, personnel professional development, and ad-

vancement; take part in preparing improved training process.

  • Monthly issue time-scopes for the personnel of the company.
  • Regularly attend job fairs to find out the candidates with outstanding analytical abilities paired with a high level of

commitment and team spirit.

  • Conduct work to update scientific-methodical support for the human resources work, equipment with material and

technical, informational support, to implement modern personnel management techniques with use of computer sys-
tems, set up database on company personnel, provide its timely updating, quick response for the needed information
to users.

  • Provide appropriate reporting on recruitment to make its systematic analysis within the company and develop rec-

ommendations for recruitment improvement.

  • Timely update candidates database.
  • Ensures proper support of company vehicles.
  • Organizes timely transport operation according to approved schedule of vehicular traffic in working order.
  • Supervises drivers for compliance with rules of technical transport operation and providing them with necessary

technical assistance.

  • Carries out control after ensuring the supply of combustive-lubricating materials, timely maintenance, carrying out

technical check-up, control of vehicles condition and correct vehicle service.

  • Prepares report of combustive-lubricating materials consumption.
  • Train and mentor HR & Admin. Assistant.
  • Constantly improve professional skills.
  • Take part in the arrangement and conducting of company events.

 

Qualification

  • Knowledge of computer based systems including, Excel, Word, Power Point or equivalent software packages.
  • Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision.
  • Systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management.
  • Experience in administration, logistic and HR.
  • Ability to prioritize and attend to multiple assignments.

Education: Bachelor degree is minimum requirement
Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory.
Professional experience: Min 3 – 5 years
