- Represent the interests of the Company when interacting with government agencies and third-party organizations.
- Participate and assist in government inspections and audits.
- Interact with the Company's departments to solve problems set by management.
- Assist in liaising between the Company Management and the community, state organizations, and other authorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Line Supervisor in organizing events and conferences in which the Company takes part;
- Assist the Line Supervisor in communication within the Company on the government relations issues;
- Assist the Line Supervisor in communication with concerned Turkmenistan governmental agencies in the relevant region.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor changes in legislation and make the necessary adjustments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with government officials, industry associations and other key stakeholders.
- Representing the company at public forums and meetings.
- Providing answers to government and media inquiries.
- Preparation of regular reports on government relations activities, including policy updates, legislative changes and stakeholder engagement.
- Providing recommendations to internal regulatory teams.
Education
Eligibility Criteria:
- Higher Professional Education;
- At least 3 years of experience in interaction with government agencies;
- Strong communication skills and public speaking experience;
- Fluent speaker of Russian and English language, Turkmen is an asset;
- Advanced user of the MS Office applications.
