In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
-  Align Talent & People Strategies: 
 Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies that support organizational goals, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs.
-  Build Leadership Capability: 
 Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness, foster inclusive leadership behaviors, and strengthen organizational bench strength.
-  Shape Organizational Culture: 
 Champion cultural transformation initiatives that promote innovation, collaboration, and agility within a fast-paced technology and engineering environment.
-  Drive Business Impact: 
 Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve performance, engagement, and organizational health.
-  Organizational Development: 
 Lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability-building programs to ensure scalability and adaptability.
-  HR Expertise Across Functions: 
 Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure holistic HR support.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Master's degree
- Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD)
