We're searching for a highly strategic and results-oriented Director of Demand Generation to lead our growth marketing efforts. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this individual will be a key player in driving our growth by developing, executing, and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company revenue goals for both enterprise and SMB and NA and EMEA markets. This includes defining target audiences, channel selection, campaign themes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Omnichannel Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid media, SEO, content syndication, email marketing, webinars, events, social media) to generate high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization: Develop and refine lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion. Continuously optimize conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
- Budget Management & ROI: Manage the demand generation budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Technology & Tools: Identify, evaluate, and implement marketing technology (MarTech) solutions to enhance demand generation capabilities and efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and lead qualification criteria.
Experience and Professional Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience creating and executing strategies for the enterprise segment in a verticalized SaaS environment
- Proven experience scaling demand generation programs internationally, with a strong track record of success in EMEA.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding lead and pipeline generation targets in a high-growth, vertical SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in various demand generation channels and tactics, including paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and webinars.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Hubspot) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and customer journeys.
- Experience managing and scaling a demand generation team.
- Certification in relevant marketing automation or advertising platforms.
