Position Requirements

What you'll do

• Diagnose & repair with confidence. Work across forced-air systems, geothermal, packaged units, and more-troubleshoot refrigerant issues and get equipment back online fast.
• Deliver five-star service. Build rapport, communicate clearly, and leave every home or site better than you found it.
• Own the follow-through. Perform warranty repairs, precision tune-ups, complete accurate paperwork, and recommend service agreements when they help the customer.
• Answer the call. Participate in our after-training on-call rotation (nights/weekends) to support urgent customer needs.

What you'll bring

• Experience: 2+ years in HVAC service/maintenance/repair.
• Credentials: EPA certification, high school diploma/GED, and a valid driver's license.
• Mindset: Professional, friendly, patient, and adaptable-you communicate well and thrive in a customer-facing role.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM; year-round work with on-call after training.
