Bridge Investment Group is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Marketing team as a Demand Generation and Brand Analyst.

This role combines project management and marketing analytics to support cross-functional initiatives that drive brand reputation, lead generation, and campaign performance. Acting as a key connector between marketing, revenue, and property teams, the Analyst will oversee project execution, manage reporting tools, and surface data-driven insights that inform revenue and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities Include

Serve as the primary project manager for marketing and brand-related initiatives
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor campaign and pricing performance

Support demand generation and brand performance efforts
  • Analyze lead generation campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate on performance testing and surface key insights
  • Monitor trends in cost-per-lead, lead quality, and digital conversion performance
  • Report on property-level and portfolio-wide reputation metrics

What you should bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, CRM/marketing platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Comfort working with large datasets and analyzing performance trends
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • A self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit and sharp attention to detail

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in multifamily, hospitality, or real estate
  • Exposure to digital marketing strategies (PPC, SEO, lead generation)
  • Familiarity with pricing software or revenue management systems

  • 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
