In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Providing customer service at highest standards, responding to customer's commercial and technical request or delegating other type queries to the right owner within the organization both locally, at other countries in the region and in remote back offices.
• Managing Workload within the team by effectively managing and prioritizing tasks & responsibilities following customer segmentation strategy.
• Analyzing Team KPIs, perform gap analysis and define remediation actions. Drives performance management to improve the team and individual results in the most efficient way.
• Keeping an active relationship with European Customer care team and introduce its strategy to the region.
• Responsible to handle functional and process responsibilities as well as people and administrative responsibilities.
• Actively supporting the employee communication process by cascading to the correct audience, with the accurate frequency, the relevant information.
• Improving individual KPI by identifying areas to improve, setting SMART goals to achieve better results, supervise progress and provide feedback.
• Ensuring high standards are maintained providing services to both internal and external customers support operate within the Emerson standards, trade compliance, checkpoint, and ethics.
• Ensuring adequate training in full product portfolio knowledge, tools, and processes to improve individual and group efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in similar position
• Experience in managing people locally and remotely
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English language

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• knowledge of Emerson Instrumentation Products and Procedures will be an advantage
• Quotation Tools Oracle and CRM knowledge
• Knowledge of Romanian/ Hungarian/ Slovak/ Czech/ Croatian
