At Vestas, our mission is to become the global leader in sustainable energy solutions. Within the Digital Solutions Hub in Aarhus, the Business Process Solutions team builds, maintains, and improves enterprise-wide digital platforms that support over 30,000 active users weekly. We help Vestas colleagues develop custom business applications and automations, using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and AI to solve real business challenges and streamline collaboration globally.
The product team consists of 11 people, based in Aarhus, Denmark, and Chennai, India, and is led by Product Owner Rasmus Bendtsen.

Responsibilities
  • Execute initiatives defined by the product owner to develop the platforms and ensure value harvest
  • Define and shape projects and drive initiatives from idea to executable backlog
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that support business processes and collaboration across Vestas
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and others to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality architecture
  • Ensure alignment with best practices, standards, and guidelines for SharePoint and Power Platform development and governance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other developers and end-users
  • Stay updated on trends and technologies in the SharePoint and Power Platform ecosystem


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform development and administration
  • Experience working with AI and the development of AI-centered solutions
  • Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and platform governance, including application lifecycle management and citizen development
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and agile frameworks like SCRUM
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and present to stakeholders
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

Additional information

The role is based in Aarhus, Denmark. To ensure good collaboration and alignment with the team, you'll be expected to work on-site at least three days per week.
