Activities

• Deliver lubricants budget covering: Volume, GMVC, DSO and Yalla Cash objectives.
• Foster close working relationship with Distributors using DMS methodology
• Actively engage POS to build demand for company products - improve product visibility in store & boost sales out.
• Develop company brands in the area through POS - improved visibility and access.
• Reporting using CRM tools (visit reports/activities/prospects etc)
• Provide feedback on key market & competitor activities.
• Actively promote company loyalty program usage (Yalla Cash) and track usage index - set regional promotions.
• Contribute towards marketing plan and roll out in the area.
• Activate POS convention / seminars in the area
• Adhere to company's code of conduct & values. Respect Anti-corruption, Antitrust and conduct business with integrity whilst adhering to the Safety rules.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience (lubricants sales experience is preferable)
• Effective sales, communication and analytical skills
• Customer centric mindset and solution driven
• Strong key account management skills & ability to work remotely.
• Responsiveness in treating the internal and external demands.
• Energetic and success driven whilst having the ability to perform under pressure
