We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience in onshore Brownfield working including civil and groundworks who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for construction and contractor related deliverables
- Supervises all areas on small onshore projects and discipline supervisors on larger onshore projects
- Responsible for management and execution of multiple field disciplines of assigned construction project(s) in accordance with the project requirements
- Responsible for execution of the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project
- Manages and controls project cost and schedule of assigned disciplines of on site construction
- Management of installation, commissioning and completion activities of materials and equipment
- Coordinates field personnel work schedules to maximise utilisation and ensure work is delivered on schedule eliminating non-productive time
- Ability to monitor work progress accurately and report against the plan
- Ensure safety, quality and environmental responsibilities and accountabilities have been defined and communicated to workers engaged within their area(s) of control
- Ensure all workers within their area(s) of control receive appropriate training to perform their work in a safe and competent manner including any Health and Safety and site-specific inductions
- Initiate safety, quality and environmental processes within their area(s) of control, including toolbox meetings, inspections, and the identification, assessment, and control of risks in accordance with Wood and client requirements
- Manages and controls project cost and schedule of assigned discipline / subset of on site construction. Utilise Commercial processes to capture variations effectively
- Coordinate supply and delivery of equipment, subcontractors, consumables, accommodation and other project-specific requirements, in accordance with client/contract document specifications and in accordance with TendrillWood Policies & Procedures
- Understand and manage the industrial relations environment impacting the site and report any issues as required
- Works with engineering in the design phases to influence the design for optimum constructability
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering is preferred with a min of 10 years in site construction execution
- Extensive Oil & Gas or Petrochemical construction experience onshore Brownfield projects
- Good coordination with all disciplines and driving ability with each discipline on safety, quality, and schedule of the work
- Ability to identify issues, obtains relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources and identify alternative solutions
- Considerable experience of management multi contractors to achieve effective construction execution, quality and safety
- Good HSES awareness and commitment without any compromise in safety
- Good team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill
- Good Problem solving - Ability to identify problems, determines possible solution, and actively works to resolve issues
- Good Decision making - Knowledge of and ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and / or reaching conclusions. Ability to take action consistent with available facts, constraints and anticipated consequences
- Good English language communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple reporting priorities
