This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of both hard and soft facilities services at a single site within our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee service providers, and ensure operational excellence across all facility-related functions.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred)
Knowledge, skills and experience:
• 6-10 years experience in a similar role
• Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures.
• Proven experience in contract administration including change management
• Leading and managing a team
Personal attributes:
• Utmost integrity
• Demonstrates commitment to Wood and client core values
• Demonstrate commitment to Wood commercial processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, written, oral, and presentation

The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee service providers, and ensure operational excellence across all facility-related functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Negotiation:
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance with Aramco's contract management policies and procedures.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the company's interests are protected.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Aramco's policies and procedures related to contract management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and agreements.
- Contract Administration:
- Administer contracts and agreements, including monitoring performance, managing changes, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that contracts are properly executed and that all necessary documentation is in place.
- Audit and Compliance:
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with Aramco's contract management policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any non-compliance or potential risks to management.
