Region MED > SBU MED Service > Operating Model & Process Improvement

In Global Operating Model & Process Improvement department, we are a team of interdisciplinary experts who act as regional Service partner for the Vestas Mediterranean organization, with the objectives to ensure the use of best practice methods and processes, overall standards, performance management and guiding the portfolio of improvement initiatives. Currently we are looking to extend our highly motivated Team to support our sub regions Iberia, France, Italy, Greece & Cyprus, Eastern European countries, Turkey, Middle East, Africa.

Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in improvement projects and the Salesforce implementation
  • Provide first-level support for operational and system-related topics in Service operations
  • Guide continuous improvement of processes and work instructions
  • Support the creation and publication of processes in the Vestas Process Portal (VPP)
  • Monitor process performance indicators and define corrective actions
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders: Process Consultants, Salesforce Super Users, and Back Offices
  • Contribute to regional projects involving tools, applications, and processes


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in process management or within a matrix organization
  • Fluency in English; additional Mediterranean languages are beneficial
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
