manages and oversees all aspects of multiple subcontracts within an EPC project. While there may be supporting efforts in contract formation, the focus is to administer existing contracts to ensure contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and pro-active management of change.
This role is located on a construction site in North Las Vegas, NV. The role involves daily coordination with the RICHARD Project Team and Subcontractor personnel. This may include project staff, engineers, and craft supervision. There will be oversight and support provided by RICHARD Home Office functional leadership such as Subcontracts and Project Controls. You shall be required to make regular jobsite walks. This will ensure first hand verification of reported progress and facilitate interaction with subcontract construction staff, while minimizing disruptions to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administering multiple subcontracts from award to closeout, including managing change orders, payments, and performance.
• Ensuring subcontractors adhere to contract requirements, safety regulations, reporting and quality standards.
• Schedule and lead regular and ad hoc meetings which may include client personnel in addition to subcontractor and RICHARD personnel.
• Report to RICHARD project team and functional leadership. You may also report to the Client project Team.
• Be proficient in EPC contract language, reporting, change management, and conflict resolution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with subcontracts.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities:
• You will be required to be in satisfactory physical condition to work on the jobsite.
• You will be required to adhere to the company's rules and regulations and the project specific rules, which includes a drug screening policy.
• The assignment includes regularly scheduled overtime and may require additional work. Initially, the base work schedule is 5-10s (M-F, ten hour days).
• You must be proficient in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and RICHARD's contract management system.
• Other project responsibilities may be assigned by RICHARD's Project Management, as required.
