Responsibilities:
- Contractual Knowledge; Meet and exceed "Guarantee levels" with our KPI tracker
- Review on scope creep on obligatory services and proactively manage customer and operational expectations
- Periodical meetings with customers. Handling customer queries and managing loyalty base for repeat order as "Brand Promoters"
- Lead the inter-department ticketing mechanism, for meeting committed timelines to Customers
- Track financial efficiency of the assigned Service Contracts and mitigate the Contract risks
- Manage receivables
- Upselling on ongoing technological features
- Empower and drive "Commercialize the Operations" by extending the support to operational teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer development to ensure renewals of Service contracts
- Ability to be accountable for complex contractual discussions including settlements and ensure commercial opportunities are evaluated for conclusions.
- Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations
- Oversee the process for resolving technical open cases by maintaining consistent communication and close cooperation with the Product Support Department
- Control project billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonuses and penalties
- Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract
- Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customers related to the production period
- Manage customer communications to facilitate recovery efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial / Customer focused experience, preferably on heavy and complex industrial segment.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate OR Diploma Holder
- Commercial Qualification
- Business Administration studies is value added.

- Ability to be accountable for complex contractual discussions including settlements and ensure commercial opportunities are evaluated for conclusions
- Owning the overall contract performance and ensuring follow-up on obligations, both Vestas and customer obligations
- Handling "Customer expectations" and aligning to Vestas' process flow
