Short description

One of our clients, a top-tier company within the Renewable Energy industry, is looking for a HR/Personnel Assistant to work in a temporary assignment (starting ASAP till the end of the year).

You will be responsible (as part of a team) for supporting the Personnel & Organization Advisers and for making sure the personnel administration is correct and up to date. You will therefore be closely involved in the personnel inflow, career development, and outflow.

Function description

• Drawing up proposals for employment benefits, employment contracts and various agreements.
• Providing adequate administrative support.
• Timely administrative processing of changes to our personnel information system and a monthly check for inaccuracies.
• Follow-up and record-keeping with regard to sickness absenteeism.
• Translating changes in employment benefits to our internal process and the associated documents.
• Organizing the bi-monthly introduction day for new employees.
• Acting as the internal point of contact for HR-related matters.
• Participating in P&O-related projects as required.
• They offer flexible hours; If working 40 hours per week, you can work from home 2x per week.
