Design of subsea umbilical and distribution equipment such as umbilical cross section, topside and subsea termination assemblies and general arrangements, mudmat foundations, steel tube flying leads, and umbilical installation reel and sea fastening arrangements. Development of 3D SolidWorks models in accordance with industry and client standards and specifications under the direction of the lead engineer Generate 2D drawings using AutoCAD for umbilical cross section layout and hydraulic and electrical schematics Create drawing packages inclusive of assembly and general arrangement through detailed component level drawings including fabrication and machining drawings Generate materials and BOM in SAP Performing tolerance studies to ensure fitment of assemblies Participate and assist in preparation for internal and client design reviews Provide input data to engineers for required calculations Generate physical models using 3D plotter upon request Provide manufacturing and supplier support as required
