As Intern - Lean Analyst you will be a member of the Continuous Improvement team and you will take part in expanding problem-solving methodologies within Daily Shop Management. This role includes ensuring the implementation of improvement activities identified through Kaizen events or Value Stream Mapping activities.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
  • Promote and support problem solving within Daily Shop Management framework
  • Update Production Cells Boards and monitoring of related standard work
  • Support activities of Lean Manufacturing on Value Stream Mapping in order to identify opportunities and take part in Kaizen Events in order to turn these opportunities into reality
  • Support specific Kaizen as 5S, Re-layout, Levelling, Process Improvements, Simplifications, Waterspider System Implementation, Visual Management, Cell Design
  • Serve as a change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma initiatives
  • Support colleagues on Lean Six Sigma methodology and its application
  • Share and institutionalize best practices across Cross Production Cells


Qualifications/Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Engineering field
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes
  • Process-oriented with an analytical mindset (Data Mining & Data Crunching)
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
