This position is considered a hybrid position out of our Lake Mary, FL office.
The Senior Specialist, Global Demand Generation Programs role is responsible for developing strategies and demand creation programs that weave together multiple, integrated marketing disciplines and tactics that speak to our prospects' needs, driving brand awareness, audience consideration and quality lead capture into our pipeline. This person will focus on corporate marketing programs oriented to decision makers and influencers involved in purchase decisions for FARO's various market segments.
The ideal candidate will be an execution-focused marketing with a passion for putting the needs of the buyer first. He or she should be able to both think strategically big picture in alignment with greater business objectives across the various markets we serve, while also diving into the details of program logistics and tactics - analytically and creatively.
This role requires significant organization skills in leading cross-functional partnerships - Sales, Web Studio Team, Marketing Ops, Segment Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Channel Managers - to facilitate fully rounded demand programs with actionable success metrics at FARO.

Responsibilities
- Work with integrated marketing segment leaders and product marketing to align programs to our specific audiences and buyer persona and product lines.
- Help pioneer the optimal experience at key points in the buyer journey, that helps create engage prospects, educates and grows momentum during consideration and ultimately drives prospect conversion into sales accepted leads.
- Develop and implement scaled marketing programs that increase market awareness, relationship and purchase consideration from the perspective of meeting the buyer's needs.
- Manage all necessary tactics required for all segment campaigns using JIRA Project Management System so that deadline are met and all stakeholders stay informed.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing Director, Sales and Segment Marketing and to plan and execute marketing campaigns and programs.
- Partner with the Corporate Marketing Team to develop and execute the required assets and tactics for demand generation programs.
- Be creative and innovative in strategic campaign and program approach, but realistic and actionable in timely execution.
- Test new tools, approaches and channels to innovate and scale programs, with emphasis on integrated marketing and global applicability.
- Optimize campaigns and programs based on insights derived from continued monitoring and analyzing results and insights.
Position Requirements & Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS in marketing or a relevant field.
- Ideally 6+ years' experience in similar functional roles (or degree + work experience equivalent).
- Marketing experience in B2B, ideally technology-based, business preferred.
- Software and hardware marketing expertise a plus.
- Proven experience in demand generation strategy development and execution.
- Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona and buying cycle experience.
- An understanding of pipeline lead/customer flow and how demand programs impact the funnel.
- Ability to quickly understand complex issues, frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong time management skills with ability to balance competing priorities and effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
- Self-motivated, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues.
- Naturally a driver and a builder; agile and flexible, able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.
- Excellent messaging, verbal and written communication skills.
