Activities
Customer Responsibility:
- Handling the allotted TWC & Service center segment customers of the designated geographical, functional areas in UAE.
- Being customer focused, as well as, protecting the interests of company.
- Execution of company's policy and following defined processes to establish company's strategy.
- Supervise error-free process from customer order placement till completion of delivery.
- Maintain customer wise records of historical purchases, trends, communication.
- Analyze customer offtake to improve the product mix for profitability and for regular long-term business.
Sales objectives and achievement:
- Achievement of individual yearly sales objectives - Volume, Gross Margin and Premium products.
- Quarterly review and progress reporting with analysis.
Collection objectives and achievement:
- Ensure the collection targets are met monthly.
- Quarterly review and report on overdue accounts with analysis, reasons and suggestions.
New Business development objectives and achievement:
- Identify, research, contact and convert potential key accounts as new business, based on yearly objectives.
- Focus on having the strong portfolio of accounts that support any business downfall.
- Develop new TWC & Service Center accounts in line with Company's objectives for the year.
Market information and sales reporting:
- Informed on the up-to-date knowledge about competitor activity in the assigned area of operation.
- Monthly reporting to management on the above information.
- Ability to analyze sales figures of assigned area of operation, highlighting major changes or improvements by monthly report.
- Active participation and contribution in the departmental sales meetings
- Report on TWC Centers opened by Competition and details thereof.
Marketing contributions:
- Expected to contribute ideas for efficiency in the area of operation.
- Liaison with marketing department on investment support to customers.
- Branding and promotions are other areas to focus. Conduct Service Center promotion across Strategic centers.
Business Development:
- Yearly sales (Volume, GM) and collection objectives, as defined in the EIA.
- Business Development objectives, as defined in the EIA.
HSSEQ Objectives :
- Work conduct in line with company policies.
- Implement group norms related to HSSEQ and adhere to company policies & systems, maintain TRIR 0.
- Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
- Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSSEQ in all their activities
- Participate in the training program to acquire HSSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
- Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSSEQ, Energy policies and Manuals.
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
- Strict adherence to HSSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
Compliance Objectives :
- Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
- Promptly notify compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
Candidate Profile
Knowledge:
- Lubricant industry
Skills:
- MS-Office software packages,
- Presentation skills
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Analytical
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years in Lubricant sales or key account & customer handing experience
Education:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
