SUMMARY OF ROLE :
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all data in the Primavera P6/Unifier Modules and to ensure the proper functioning of the tool across four sites in Europe.
- Rigorous adherence to data input and update deadlines, user and administration support including project planning, resource management and financial reporting.
- Daily communication as appropriate to resolve issues as they arise.
- Analysis & interpretation of data to optimize project & resource management through either direct actions or communication to appropriate management
- Provide & develop regular status reports to our Nuclear BU Management, Project Managers and Engineering/Quality Team leaders,
- Develop with Project & Engineering Managers, SNC Resource Planner, Project Schedulers and Documentation Controllers, detailed Execution Schedules on complex, multi-year nuclear projects to ensure optimum execution performance.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oracle Primavera P6/Unifier Administration and Management across FCV Nuclear BU Sites : Armentières, Cernay, Korschenbroïch and Szekesfehervar
- Project management and resource planning: on a daily/weekly/monthly basis ensure data integrity and consistency across all module components and that all deadlines are consistently met. This includes (i) project hours, and full Estimate at Completion (EAC) costing model updates withing P6/Unifier for both absolute values and timing (ii) resource planning information for employees and KOB1 projects and (iii) manual updates and reconciliations to and from external ERP systems
- Through the agreed communication channels, ensure on time clarification and resolution of any issues or questions. Continual analysis and monitoring of data to identify potential areas where action is needed and to communicate as appropriate
- Be the point of contact/communication for all P6/Unifier Primavera Users:
o Assist and resolve any issues as appropriate in a timely manner
o Assist and train users (P6/Unifier Site Champions, Project Schedulers, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, ...) on module features and usage.
o Control and maintain all Primavera P6/Unifier user guides and documentation (including all policies and procedures) tailored by site.
- Data Management, Reporting, and Performance Tracking:
o Run Exception reports & action accordingly
o Develop, automate and issue dashboards and financial tracking reports,
o Issue monthly KPIs, analyze workload, resources and costs variances,
o Resource load and allocation in coordination with local nuclear managers and the SNC Global Resource Planner,
- Process Optimization and Multi-Site Coordination:
o Standardize financial reporting, planning and resource management methods across the different sites.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• University degree
• Proficient in professional scheduling tools (Primavera P6/Unifier, MS Project...) and data processing.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls, planning and financial reporting
• Ability to work within a cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential
• Knowledge of SAP and Oracle
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
r German or French as a second foreign language would be useful
