Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train engineering technician tasks including manufacturing, cable assembly, part assembly, documentation, and more.
• Review and oversee technical engineering progress and reports on C-PNT, PNT-SA, and other NAVWAR projects
• Review and oversee testing setups, diagrams, documentation, and reporting
• Manage tasking for technical projects across a wide range of capabilities
• Participate in overall status meetings and project planning
• Interface with government customers to define requirements and review project status

Work Environment:

• Location: When not supporting a customer site, this position can work remotely or from a nearby KBR office ( if available and desired ) with a required 1/4 time in KBR office.

• Travel Requirements: No travel associated with this position.
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5-10 years federal contracting experience
• 5-10 years program management experience
• 5-10 years engineering technician experience
• Existing Secret level clearance
• Experience in PNT or related navigation field
• Experience in PCB/electronics design and review processes

Desired:

• 15 years federal contracting experience
• 15 years program management experience
• 15 years engineering technician experience
• Existing TS level clearance

Basic Compensation: $130-140k
(Specifically for Maryland)

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
