Responsibilities:

• Structural BIM Modeler who should be able to produce drawings and BIM model with minimum supervision.
• Co-ordination of CAD and BIM model input to multi-disciplinary projects.
• Preparation and presentation of progress of discussion at meetings.
• Should be well versed with AutoCAD.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary and multiregional projects to comply with relevant CAD/BIM standard.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work using Engineers calculations and design producing drawings / 3D modelling.
• Knowledge of building design process working with a multiple discipline engineering environment and within a project and commercially focused business.
• Identify, interpret and apply required industry / client / Internal CAD / BIM standards. To ensure that our finished product is project, client and BIM compliant.
• Work independently and take proactive initiative.
• Self-motivated development.
• Competent to check the work.
• Abel to present / represent their technical work.
• Shows flexibility in work tasks and locations.
• Responsible for completion of specifically assigned tasks to time to cost.

Qualification:

• Diploma (Civil Engineering) / Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Functions:

• Should be an Autodesk certified expert user of Structural Revit 2018 and above.
• 3D model-based multi-disciplinary trade coordination in preparation for construction and produce coordination drawings as required in Revit Structural Environment.
• Check model for Stage Completeness, Dimensional accuracy against modelling standards.
• Ensure Level of Quality control for Completeness and adherence to company standards of all Drawings produced.
• Navisworks (Interference checks / Clash resolve) and Responsible for deliver the clash resolved model to the client.
• Provide virtual and in-person support to field project teams regarding 3D models, 2D drawings and graphics to support.
• Help to resolve BIM design issues Co-ordination with the Architect / MEP team on Structural requirements.
• Stay informed the best practices & methodologies in BIM implementation.
• Ensure Level of Quality control for Completeness and adherence to company standards of all Drawings produced.
• Revit family Content creation - Structural (Families such as parametric, Formula, Nested and type catalogues.

Structural Job Description:

• Structural Template creation (Views, Cable tray types, View templates, Sheets etc.,).
• Filters creation (Assign Colour codes, Line types, Line thickness etc.,).
• Parametric family creation.
• Work sets creation to suit Project requirement.
• Revit server working environment & Work-sharing.
• Structural schedule / Legend / Title content creation etc.
