Responsibilities:

• The Procurement Analyst will form part of the central Procurement & Supply Chain Team. They will be involved and will deliver the day-to-day procurement activities as well as supporting the team on various projects, bid works and secured commissions.
• You will be expected to provide input from a strategic perspective and understand the procurement concepts being utilised to ensure that this understanding is reflected in any deliverables created.

Pre-Tender Activities:

You will be expected to understand the procurement strategies being utilised as well as the different mechanisms for delivery, to contribute to the strategy creation, and will be involved throughout the process, aiding where required.

Processes and Procedures Creation:

You will be requested to assist in the creation and implementation of standard templates and procedures and will likely be tasked with various activities such managing monthly reporting / administration of existing commissions and supporting the team in bidding for future works.

Procurement Packages:

It is anticipated that there will be a variety of activities that will be procured by the P&SC team, for those packages procured by the P&SC team you will be required to administer and deliver the following activities with the Procurement Leads assistance:

• Procurement Management for full procurement lifecycle (ITT - Contract Award).
• Expressions of Interest Issuance and process management.
• Technical Evaluation Reports for tenders returned.
• Final Tender recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in Procurement transformation, International supply chain management and A client centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 6 years relevant procurement / supply chain management.
• Supply chain / logistics experience preferred Demonstrable strategic approach and methodology.
