HR Administrator SME

People and Culture Operations & Advisory is an internal global shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised and standardised People and Culture Operations & Advisory for bp from several geographical delivery centres as appropriate for bp's footprint. People and Culture Operations & Advisory are the first point of contact for People and Culture related matters; the team are policy and process experts, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience.

In this role You will:

  • Ensure professional coordination in HR Administration area, provide professional support for the HR Administrators, participate in the daily operation and provide full support in the absence of colleagues
  • Participate in end-to-end new joiner process
  • Manage occupational medical check-up, private healthcare services, vendors
  • Participate in monthly payroll closing
  • Be in charge of the work time management system
  • Handle end-to-end process of Internal Moves and other contract modification cases
  • Answer employees' questions, giving full scope advice in HR Administration related queries
  • Track legislations, consistently assess and review the existing systems' performance, identify gaps and recommend enhancements as required
  • Participate and represent the HR Operations Team in relevant HR projects
  • Establish effective relationships with internal and external collaborators; provide support, giving labour law related advice to the employees and managers regarding HR administration topics

What You will need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration and/or payroll field preferably in BSC / SSC or FMCG environment
  • Ability to seek out and understand relevant legal regulations (labour law)
  • Digital literacy (MS office, preferable in Excel)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and ticketing systems
  • Customer focused approach with outstanding communication skills
  • Experience Salesforce and Workday is good to have
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills, ability to keep tight deadlines
  • Continues improvement approach
  • Proficiency in English language
