Job Description Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Boeing Programs and other senior staff members of GE Aerospace's "TEAM Pacific Northwest." In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and coordination between GE Aerospace and Boeing senior executives. You will manage complex schedules, lead executive-level events, and oversee critical business functions with a focus on confidentiality, efficiency, and excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Manage the VP's schedule, customer meetings, and day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Event Leadership: Plan and execute high-profile executive visits, meetings, and key employee events, collaborating closely with Boeing counterparts.
  • Communication Excellence: Develop presentations, draft communications, and establish team operating rhythms to support business objectives.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
  • HR Collaboration: Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and cost management processes.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive financial and business information with the utmost integrity.
  • Documentation Management: Compile and distribute professional correspondence, internal memos, and other communications for employees, vendors, customers, and business associates.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma / GED with 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or equivalent in Customer Service, Operations, or Finance.
  • Proven ability to manage high-level executive schedules and events with precision and professionalism.
  • US Citizen: This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens. GE will require proof of status prior to employment.
  • MUST reside in Mukilteo WA (this is not a remote opportunity).

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network across customer organizations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced event planning tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This posting is expected to close on 10/31/25.
