Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Preparation of business offers for existing customers
- Working with software tools for managing installed products
- Market analysis and identification of new opportunities using the latest tools and AI technologies
- Daily communication with customers, ABB's sales and product teams
- Collaboration on the implementation of new service offerings
- Opportunity for business trips within ABB units abroad
Qualifications for the role
- Secondary or higher education in economics, business, or technical fields
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Fluency in Czech and communicative knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
- Economic thinking / financial literacy
- Advanced PC skills
