This Position reports to:
Servis Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process.

The work model for the role is: # hybrid, #Li-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Preparation of business offers for existing customers
• Working with software tools for managing installed products
• Market analysis and identification of new opportunities using the latest tools and AI technologies
• Daily communication with customers, ABB's sales and product teams
• Collaboration on the implementation of new service offerings
• Opportunity for business trips within ABB units abroad

Qualifications for the role

• Secondary or higher education in economics, business, or technical fields
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Fluency in Czech and communicative knowledge of English (B1/B2 level)
• Economic thinking / financial literacy
• Advanced PC skills
