This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial&Operations

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will establish and manage integrated communication and marketing activities, concentrating on brand messaging, media relations, and promotional content. You will ensure alignment with guidelines and contribute to market insight and customer engagement initiatives.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Developing and executing communication plans aligned with business strategy and branding guidelines
• Creating and managing content for internal and external communications, including digital campaigns and promotional materials
• Organizing and managing events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility
• Collecting data and providing sound market and competitor intelligence analyses
• Creating and applying an effective digital marketing plan to build a robust online presence
• Maintaining relationships with media outlets, agencies, and communication partners to ensure consistent messaging

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in content creation, digital marketing tools and market research
• You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing
• Highly adept Web Analytics tools and have good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• You are innovative in building brand presence and engagement
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• You communicate fluently in both Greek and English
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and effective written and spoken communication skills.
• The capability to build and sustain strong relationships inside and outside the organization
