This Position reports to:
Manager - Global SOD Service

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a key part in managing end-to-end SAP Authorization, with a focus on S/4HANA and Fiori. You will be actively involved in User Access Management, Fiori app authorization, role design, risk analysis (SoD), mitigation strategies, and compliance control activities (e.g. SOX). This role requires strong coordination with global teams, internal and external auditors, and key business stakeholders.

This role contributes to Global SoD Services globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Designing SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security roles, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance needs.
• Act as advisor for managing Fiori Launchpad access, including catalog and group assignments, semantic object mapping, and app role integration.
• Performing SoD risk analysis, proposing appropriate mitigation controls, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Building and maintaining SoD rulesets specifically for Fiori apps , mapping Fiori catalogs and tiles to backend authorization objects and ensuring alignment with business process risks.
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audits and assessments; responding to findings and implementing improvements.
• Driving User Access Reviews, performing controls, and continuous improvement in access control processes.
• Providing technical support to end users globally, including troubleshooting complex authorization issues (SU53, STAUTHTRACE, SUIM).
• Leading initiatives related to SAP GRC Access Control, including ruleset update for custom t-code and FIORI apps.
• Contributing to policy compliance by supporting Business Controls, ITGC controls, SOX audit processes, and security process documentation.
• Supporting change management by ensuring access impacts are considered in deployments, upgrades, and project rollouts.
• Support other various initiatives by Global SoD Services, Corporate, IS or other stakeholders

Qualifications for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong or adequate understanding of business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R, TAX, TRE & ITGC) to provide best support to businesses.
• Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, S/4HANA, and Fiori Authorization.
• Proficient in SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM), with ability to manage rulesets and mitigation assignments.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design best practices, and Fiori security architecture.
• Experience in defining and maintaining SoD rulesets for Fiori applications , including mapping frontend catalogs to backend roles and business risks.
• Familiarity with audit frameworks (e.g. SOX, ITGC) and experience supporting internal/external audits.
• Ability to work in a global team environment, including effective communication with geographically distributed teams.
• Certifications such as SAP Security, SAP GRC, CISA, or CISM are considered an added advantage.
• Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is a plus.
