In this role, you will work closely with a team of Software Developers to deliver outstanding process automation products built across web, cloud, PC, and embedded platforms, coordinated with internally developed devices.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- A member of a self-organizing, multi-functional Agile team, delivering high-quality, potentially releasable product increments in short iterations.
- Participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
- Defining test plans and strategies and performing manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects (e.g., acceptance, integration, system, performance, adaptability, regression).
- Crafting and developing test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the SDLC.
- Integrating AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.
- Contributing to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
- Analyzing test coverage and results, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements.
- Participating in code reviews and promoting standard processes in testability and maintainability.
- Continuously improving testing processes, tools, and frameworks by staying updated on industry trends.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
- Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities (e.g., requirements analysis, tool development, CI/CD support).
- Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
- Experience in automated and manual test script development and execution.
- Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as: Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
