As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician:
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving controls, compressors, and electrical components.
• Communicate clearly with clients about system performance and recommended solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients on-site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate service logs and use company software for reporting.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls.
• Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition.

What You Bring:
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) - Required
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (Installation or Service)
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency shifts
• Bonus: NATE certification, experience with building automation systems (BAS), or VRF/VRV systems
