We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Solar Installation Helper to join our Installation team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist solar electricians with wiring, conduit runs, and panel terminations
• Pull wire, label circuits, and support inverter and disconnect installations
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe
• Traveling to customer locations across the New York City metropolitan area
• Follow instructions from foreman supervisors
• Help with system testing and troubleshooting
• Maintain safety standards and use proper PPE at all times

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of electrical tools and safety practices
• Previous construction, solar, or electrical experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops or ladders
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Qualifications

Compensation:

• $150.00 per workday or $8.00 per installed panel, whichever is the higher amount per day
