Develops best practices across multiple customers or across the Business Line. Responsible for the overall project performance. Ensure the project is run in accordance with the project management system and procedures, establishing and aligning project specific procedures where required by contract. Implement project controls including contract management, claims management, risk management, and change management. Provide updates and project forecasts for completion of project, cash milestones, margin, on-time delivery, and resources.
