As Methods, Compliance and Safery Officer you will:

HSE:

• Responsible for HSE activities in logistics/operations
• Manage Synergi reports
• Coordinate with HSE/RSES in case of an event

Methods:

• Manage logistics procedures and documentation
• Monitor performance and indicators
• Analyze and improve activities
• Coordinate training and assistance

C&P:

• Prepare Purchase Requests and submit them to the decentralized buyer

Compliance:

• Regularly update the register of regulatory obligations
• Archive compliance documentation
• Disseminate updates to the compliance database
• Manage explosive licenses and training certificates

Training:

• Maintain the training matrix
• Organize monthly meetings with HR for training planning and organization

Audits:

• Plan and organize internal and external audits
• Proactively assist in audits if necessary
• Follow up on actions from audits
• Coordinate the color code campaign for lifting with the support of the Logistics Superintendent

Finance:

• Manage financial commitments with cost control
• Monitor costs and contractor invoices

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

• Master degree focused on methods, Data and analysis.

Important: the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years relevantexperience in alignment with role he/she will perform as a VIE (visa requirements)

Technical skills :

• Experience in Logistics and Methods with general knowledge of Logistics processes

Computing skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Power BI
• Knowledge of PTS/DaWinci (Personnel Transportation Solution) , SAP R/3 are a plus

Languages:

• English: level C1/C2 (Working language in PNG)
• French: level B2
