Description
• Lead weekly team meetings to align on goals, training and company/industry updates.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one check-ins with each team member.
• Provide ongoing training for HVAC Technicians to ensure maximum performance on every service call.
• Oversee the dispatch team to prioritize, organize, and assign service calls efficiently.
• Use Service Titan to monitor individual performance, track dispatch board status, and department performance for daily accountability meetings.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Promote maintenance plan sales to prepare for seasonal fluctuations.
• Motivate technicians to consistently earn 5-Star Google Reviews.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs with Technicians to observe, coach, and recommendation for improvement.
• Interview and evaluate potential new hires.
Qualifications:
Requirements
• Strong personal drive to grow, lead, and develop a high-performing HVAC team.
• 3+ years in a Sales or Service Manager role within the residential sector preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Proven decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Service Titan strongly preferred.
