This confidential position offers the opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering complex electrical systems for some of the most advanced facilities in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain QA/QC programs for data center electrical installations.Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.Identify, document, and resolve quality issues in coordination with project teams.Review drawings, submittals, and installation methods for accuracy and conformance.Provide training, guidance, and oversight to ensure quality practices are followed on site.Interface with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain quality expectations.RequirementsProven QA/QC experience within the electrical contracting or subcontracting industry.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction standards for mission-critical facilities.Experience working on large-scale data center projects preferred.Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Based in or willing to relocate to Richmond, VA or a Travelling role with a schedule
