Function description

Looking for a candidate who can understand the big picture but also does not have issues with completing day to day tasks. Communication skills will be extremely important as this person will be working on the following:

• Addressing Social Safety Issues
• Social Safety Follow Up
• Behavioral Management Support
• Conflict Resolution Guidance
• Learning and Development Support
• Performance Management
• Internal Transfers and Promotion
• Job Offer Management
• Recruitment
• Onboarding Support
• Internal Mobility Support

Requirements
