Function description

At iPS Powerful People , we're proactively building a network of skilled Rigger Foremen for upcoming international offshore projects. This is not a vacancy for a specific role-it's a strategic opportunity to join our global talent pool. When the right project arises, you'll be among the first we reach out to.

As a Rigger Foreman, you'll be responsible for supervising rigging teams and overseeing a variety of offshore operations. Your leadership and operational insight will be key to maintaining safety and efficiency in challenging offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and coordinating rigging teams during offshore operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
• Conducting pre-task briefings and safety checks
• Inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment and tools
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities
• Promoting a safety-first culture and contributing to HSE initiatives

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven offshore experience as a Rigger Foreman
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, Offshore Medical Certificate)
• Recognized rigging qualifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Versatility in handling different types of offshore rigging operations
• Ability to work internationally in multicultural teams
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
