Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On site.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Actively support end-to-end recruitment processes for Blue Collar positions.
• Execute field recruitment strategies (flyering, job fairs, on-site modules, community outreach, etc.).
• Manage, organize, and update employee files and documentation.
• Support hiring goals by helping meet headcount requirements based on business needs.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection and contract preparation.
• Provide guidance and respond to employee inquiries related to their roles
  Communicate employee benefits, compensation, and salary structures.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You enjoy learn about full cycle recruiting process and the manufacturing market.
• You are passionate about connect with people and bring your service attitude.
• You are student and will graduate on June 2027 from degrees like Administration, Psychology or related.
