This Position reports to:
Service Manager

The Operations Specialist's responsibilities include managing operational procedures, establishing targets, providing support for management decisions, and implementing ways to meet set objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project execution
• Assist with forecasting requirements, stocking levels, and operational needs
• Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Support the management of inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes
• Document and maintain operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to inform decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, BA , or related field.
• 5+ Experience with operational processes and procedures.
• Experience with project management and strategic planning.
• Problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve operational issues that could negatively impact the business.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate operations, identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
