Content Creation & Storytelling Assist in producing engaging internal videos, newsletters, and digital content. Support scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content for internal platforms. Design visual assets (e.g., infographics, slides) to support communication campaigns. Communication Strategy Support Help structure and streamline internal communication across the S&OP value stream. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and translate them into clear, engaging messages. Maintain and update internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, Teams, Yammer). Engagement & Feedback Monitor employee engagement with internal content and suggest improvements. Support the planning and execution of internal events, town halls, and campaigns. Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic video editing and graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, PowerPoint). Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms is a plus. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
