For the Marine & Ports division, we are looking for a specialist in the field of sustainability with a focus on the supply chain. In this position, you will be in contact with representatives of the Marine & Ports division from around the world and with a wide range of ABB suppliers.

Your role and responsibilities
For the Marine & Ports division, we are looking for a specialist in the field of sustainability with a focus on the supply chain. In this position, you will be in contact with representatives of the Marine & Ports division from around the world and with a wide range of ABB suppliers.
The work model for the role is: HYBRID
This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Ostrava
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Collection, analysis, and processing of data and documentation at the ABB business unit level.
- Training of suppliers and colleagues in the field of Sustainability.
- Approximately 50% of the role involves emissions calculations and Product Life Cycle Assessment.
- Focus areas include EUDR and CBAM compliance.
- Participation in the preparation of sustainability-focused audits.
- Collaboration with suppliers to monitor the presence of hazardous or restricted substances in their deliveries.
Qualifications for the role
- Proven experience in the field of sustainability.
- Solid understanding of emissions calculation methodologies.
- Familiarity with EUDR and CBAM regulations.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong command of MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in supply chain management is considered an advantage.
