Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated Helper to join our Drill Team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and contributing to essential infrastructure. You'll assist in day-to-day drilling operations, support equipment maintenance, and help ensure job sites run safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Drive water and service trucks to and from job sites (must have a valid CA driver's license)
• Help set up and break down job sites
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
• Support the crew in various drilling-related tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety

Qualifications:

• Construction or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Must hold a clean and valid California driver's license (Class A preferred but not required)
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
