We are seeking a Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Specialist. to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

How will you contribute to the team?
  • Participates in delivery of National TIM Responder and/or other first responder training.
  • Assists GDOT's HERO program to include teaching trainees to complete safety service patrol operations and assisting the Training Officer during training sessions.
  • Assist in maintaining trainee training records; uploading virtual training records.
  • Assists with vehicle, facility, and equipment field inspections and other program documentation.
  • Other administrative support duties as assigned.
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders and maintains appropriate relationships.
  • Supports AtkinsRéalis staff with regional duties when stationed resources are limited.
  • Performs effective client management, tracks deliverables, follows contract scope, and maintains high standards of behavior and performance in compliance with AtkinsRéalis policies.
  • Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

What will you contribute?
  • Bachelor's degree in related field(s) of practice plus 2 years of relevant experience. Graduate degree desirable. Experience in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Public Safety or related field preferred. Without Bachelor's degree, this level may be achieved with 6 years of experience working in fields related to traffic operations, incident management, law enforcement and/or other emergency response.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; good public speaking ability; and personal computer proficiency. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
