Job Purpose
Job Specific Accountabilities
• Provides logistics support for the third party vendors and contractors. Supervises and coordinates open yard activities such as storage, stuffing, dispatching and containerization of materials that related to offshore locations.
• Directs the activities of assigned personnel in the Base services section. Supervises & controls of materials movement of all the activities in the open yard to End users.
• Maintains close working relationship with suppliers, contractors, Logistics Div, Drilling Div, and all offshore locations representatives for smooth transportation and shipments.
• Liaises with shipping section to fulfill the end users daily requirements regarding supply vessels and materials movements.
• Evaluates contractors' personnel's performance appraisal with his unit. Checks & verifies contractors payments invoices (project report) in monthly bases.
• Coordinates with Lifting Team for Bi-Annual lifting campaign and color coding process. Maintains a high standard of housekeeping in the base.
• Maintains the necessary breakdown records / statistics in the system as per procedures. Prepares necessary reports / statements related to the unit.
Minimum Qualification
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by 2 years full time study leading to industrial diploma.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
6 years of relevant experience in the same or similar role
