We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator, reporting directly to Operations Manager to join our Precomm & Comm team based in in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

About the opportunity we offer:

The Training Coordinator leads the coordination, execution, and evaluation of technical training programs, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and client expectations.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Organizes and manages training objectives, venues, equipment, and budgets.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and coaches to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Administers assessments and evaluates training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
  • Maintains curriculum database and training records for client handover.
  • Develops daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
  • Liaises with client training coordinators and reports progress to stakeholders.
  • Reviews instructional effectiveness and its impact on employee performance.

Qualifications / Competencies / Experience
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant technology field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training coordination within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer use and reporting tools.
  • Understands training processes and their impact on business performance.
