We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator, reporting directly to Operations Manager to join our Precomm & Comm team based in in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

The Training Coordinator leads the coordination, execution, and evaluation of technical training programs, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and client expectations.
Main Accountabilities:
- Organizes and manages training objectives, venues, equipment, and budgets.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and coaches to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Administers assessments and evaluates training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
- Maintains curriculum database and training records for client handover.
- Develops daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
- Liaises with client training coordinators and reports progress to stakeholders.
- Reviews instructional effectiveness and its impact on employee performance.

About you:

Qualifications / Competencies / Experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technology field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training coordination within the oil & gas industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is preferred.
- Proficient in computer use and reporting tools.
- Understands training processes and their impact on business performance.
