Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on process automation, Power BI dashboard development, and macro-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining recurring tasks, automating data-driven reporting processes, and building tools that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of business operations within the Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation scripts and tools to reduce manual efforts in recurring P&F reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring clear and actionable data visualization.
• Create and optimize Excel macros (VBA) to automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Finance, Operations) to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used in automation processes.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing automation tools and dashboards based on business feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, or business intelligence/reporting roles.
• Proven expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
• Strong proficiency in Excel macros (VBA) and advanced Excel functions.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools/scripts (e.g., Python, Power Automate, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and report optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a supply chain, planning, or operations environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data handling and transformation.
• Exposure to process mapping tools and lean methodologies.
