The Employer Branding and Talent Intelligence Manager is a strategic partner within Emerson's Talent Acquisition team, responsible for amplifying Emerson's employer brand, demonstrating market insights, and influencing sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This role integrates brand storytelling, talent intelligence, and recruitment technology to ensure our brand resonates with key talent segments and supports critical hiring needs. By aligning branding, data, and sourcing efforts, this leader helps drive engagement, enhance candidate experiences, and fuel Emerson's global hiring success.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Demonstrate talent insights by using talent intelligence platforms and internal dashboards to advise HR business partners and Talent Acquisition on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitor strategies - ensuring Emerson remains at the forefront of workforce planning and talent attraction.
  • Drive Emerson's employer brand strategy by managing content, platform engagement, and EVP consistency across LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Handshake, and Yello to attract top talent.
  • Design and complete targeted talent marketing campaigns using brand assets to reach priority talent segments; track and analyze performance to inform future strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with key collaborators, including Marketing and Internal Communications, while providing strategic direction, project management, and hands-on execution of employer brand initiatives. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with hiring priorities and brand guidelines.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and co-lead CRM implementation and optimization efforts to elevate candidate engagement, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve data integrity.

  • Bachelor's degree


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Master's degree
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data and provide insights
  • Experience managing recruitment platforms, employer brand tools, or vendor relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $78,500-$130,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
